Remedial Literacy

根据国家识字研究院的统计,“全国约有百分之四十的学生无法达到基础阅读水平”。公立学校课程中自然拼读法的废除,已对英语母语与第二语言学习者造成严重负面影响;然而,传统自然拼读训练因耗时耗力,对于需要迅速补救的学习者而言,往往显得繁复而低效。本课程系列采用一种创新性的变音符号系统,用以协助学生快速建立语音阅读能力。学生亦可就任何校内英语语文课程内容或作业寻求辅导与协助。

“Approximately forty per cent of students across the nation cannot read at a basic level,” according to the National Literacy Institute. The removal of phonics from the public school curriculum has produced disastrous results for both L1 and L2 English learners; however, the extensive time requirement of traditional phonics training renders it cumbersome when one requires swift remediation. This battery of classes uses an innovative system of diacritics to enable students to quickly develop an understanding of phonetic reading. Students are also welcome to seek assistance with any ELA schoolwork material or homework.

Accelerated Humanities

“Increasingly, teens are given only parts of books, and they often read not in print but on school-issued laptops,” reports a January 2026 article in The Guardian. Even when students do not struggle with school assignments, being well-read—which is the hallmark of any legitimately effective edu-cation—cannot occur without reading classic literature from cover-to-cover. In this course, students will read a curated sequence of complete books and receive training on how to debate the ideas contained within those books, converting their logical analysis into effective writing without the need for any assistance from AI.

Chinese as a Second Language

单语英语母语者往往认为学会汉语极其困难。然而,借助创新性的华裔文系统,学生将能够稳定地掌握并记忆汉字。无论其所处语言环境是何,此系统皆可帮助学生建立极为坚实的语言基础,用以学习普通话、粤语,或任何其他使用汉字的语言。

Monolingual native English speakers often regard learning Chinese to be an extremely difficult task. However, with the aid of the innovative Hwayih Woen system, students will be able to consistently master and retain Chinese characters. Regardless of their linguistic environment, this system empowers students to build a highly robust linguistic foundation for learning Mandarin, Cantonese, or any other language that utilizes Chinese characters.

Piano & Music Theory

Piano is the foundation that undergirds all forms of Western music. With unmatched versatility, it is the one instrument that enables the student, in an intuitive fashion, to obtain a proverbial “bird’s eye view” into how the various forms of music operate, which is why piano proficiency frequently plays a critical role in one’s ability to transition between instruments. lessons are tailored to individual student objectives, regardless of whether those goals consist of developing classical technique and dexterity, prioritizing the ability to participate in an improvisational ensemble, or even composing original music. Ergo, in order to facilitate flexibility across a wide set of disparate aims, piano lessons also include instruction in music theory and chord architecture.
